Improvy OÜ is a small company. We build software that helps people communicate and make sense of information. We use AI where it is useful and keep the rest simple.
We are early and cash-constrained. If you are looking for a standard salaried role right now, we probably are not the right match. If you are open to creative arrangements and want meaningful ownership in what you build, we would love to talk.
How we can work together

Equity-first collaboration.
We offer equity to people who take on core responsibility and commit time over a sustained period. Think of it as joining early to shape the product - not just executing tasks.

Project-based or revenue share.
For scoped projects we agree on clear deliverables and share the revenue those features generate (or tie equity to milestones).

Part-time and flexible contribution.
If you are exploring, we can start small: a tightly defined problem, limited hours, and a simple agreement. If it works for both sides, we expand.
We avoid unpaid spec work. Before any collaboration we will put terms in writing - what is expected, how ownership works, and how outcomes are measured.
Open to every discipline
We welcome contributors from design (product, brand, UX/UI), engineering (backend, ML, infrastructure, mobile/web), product, research, data, documentation, community/support, and operations. If your title is not listed, tell us how you would like to help and we will shape the role around the work.
We consider collaborators regardless of location, education, or past titles. What matters is clear thinking and the ability to own problems end-to-end.

People who like quiet focus and clear boundaries. Builders who care about details, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can own a problem from shaping it to shipping it. You do not need to agree with us on everything; you do need to care about users and doing the right thing when trade-offs appear.
