These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, apps, bots, VPN services, and other digital services provided by Improvy OÜ ("Improvy", "we", "us", "our"), including Fullyst, Saylify, InoVPN, and improvy.io (together, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a subscription, requesting a VPN configuration, or interacting with our bots, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your account, credentials, access tokens, bot permissions, VPN configurations, and activity performed through them.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• Some Services depend on third-party accounts or platforms such as Telegram, app stores, payment providers, email providers, or operating-system services. Their own terms and availability may also apply.

Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Improvy, other users, third-party platforms, or the public. You must not:

• Use the Services for spam, fraud, harassment, abuse, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or illegal content.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, infrastructure, networks, bots, or other users' access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or bypass technical limits except where the law expressly allows it.
• Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use, or that violates another person's rights.
• Use InoVPN to attack systems, send spam, evade lawful sanctions, or engage in activity that would put the network or other users at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Improvy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, process, copy, display, translate, transcribe, summarise, moderate, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and comply with law.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including audio, chat messages, personal data, group content, and third-party materials.

AI and automated features

Some Services use automated or AI-assisted features, including moderation, transcription, summarisation, topic extraction, and suggested action items. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

Subscriptions, payments, and cancellation

• Some Services may be free, donation-supported, paid by subscription, or sold as a one-time purchase.
• Before you pay, the checkout or relevant product page should show the price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes where applicable, and cancellation method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, subject to the terms shown at purchase.
• You can cancel a subscription through the product account settings, the platform or app store used for purchase, or by contacting [email protected] when no self-service option is available.
• Cancellation normally stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase channel or applicable law requires a different result.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep the Services useful and reliable, but we may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, platform changes, abuse prevention, or product development. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect paid Services, unless urgent action is required.

Third-party platforms and providers

The Services may rely on third-party platforms, integrations, networks, AI providers, transcription providers, app stores, payment providers, Telegram, email services, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and their outages, rules, or account actions may affect how the Services work.

Improvy intellectual property

The Services, software, designs, trademarks, documentation, website content, and related materials are owned by Improvy OÜ or our licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services unless we give written permission or the law allows it.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the Services, or if continued access would harm Improvy, other users, or third-party platforms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue before termination.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every location, compatible with every platform, or that automated outputs will always be accurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Improvy OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. For paid Services, our total liability for claims relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated in another clear way where appropriate. The updated Terms apply from the date stated in the notice. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Services and cancel any affected subscription before the updated Terms take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
